Olive Mudavanhu achieved a National Diploma in Accounting with the Zimbabwe Association of Accounting Technicians in 1999, ICSA ( NQF 8)- Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Southern Africa in 2013 and completed PCA Training in Pastel Payroll (Sage Southern Africa), as well as Occupational Health and Safety Training certificate. Olive is currently studying ACCA- Association of Certified Chartered Accountants part-time . Olive is a Bookkeeper at Gundo Engineering and Projects responsible for finance, payroll and administration.

Mulalo Vincent MulIbana began his career as an administrative assistant in 2011 in the coal supply division of Gundo Engineering and Projects. When the company was awarded a contract to supply coal to Rooiwal and Pretoria West Powerstation he was deployed to Coal of Africa in Musina to assist in managing the waste management contract for a year in 2012. His passion for logistics was revived when Gundo Engineering and Projects was awarded a coal hauling contract by Wescoal, where he was appointed as the logistics supervisor. He was promoted to the position of Logistics and operations Manager, a position which he currently holds, managing coal hauling contracts of Wescoal, Universal coal, HCI and Black royalty ( Chilwavhusiku) and other operations
